Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy No-Show Clients who fail to attend their scheduled appointments or arrive more than 15 minutes late without prior notification will be charged the full appointment fee. Rescheduling: Clients who provide at least 24 hours' notice of their intention to reschedule an appointment will be accommodated without a fee. Rescheduling requests made 12 hours within the prior arrangements are subject to a 30% rescheduling fee. Refunds: Refunds are not available for purchased packages. Unused portions of packages may be transferred to another client before the package expiration date. In cases of medical necessity, with proper documentation, we may consider refunds for unused sessions. Cancellation Policy Appointments canceled 48 hours prior to the scheduled time will be canceled without a fee. This policy does not apply to purchased packages. Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the scheduled time may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee and may be eligible for a free rescheduling. Package and Gift Validity Extension Policy Clients may extend the validity of their packages and gift vouchers with unused services by up to 30 days beyond the original expiration date. Packages that have expired and have never been utilized are not eligible for extension. Prompt Arrival Policy To ensure a seamless and relaxing experience for all clients, we kindly request that you arrive 10 minutes earlier for your appointment. This allows sufficient time for preparing for your massage. Late Arrivals. Within 15 Minutes: If you arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment time, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, please understand that your massage session may be shortened to ensure that subsequent appointments are not delayed. More Than 15 Minutes: Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in the cancellation of your appointment, and you will be charged the full appointment fee.
